Because It’s Not Always The Failure Of The Frontline Staff…

A pensioner who defecated in public, urinated on shop windows and swore at police officers has been given an Asbo, banning him from part of Caterham for five years.

Lovely. Drink is not mentioned as a cause, unusually enough.

Tandridge safer neighbourhood team Inspector Angie Austin said: “The type of appalling behaviour displayed by James Johnson is something we will never tolerate as it has no place in our society.

“Throughout the last few months we worked hard with other agencies to put in place assistance for him.

“It became apparent that the support being offered was either being abused or not being taken up.”

And here we see another example of the insanity inherent in the system that says this man’s not mad enough to be behind bars, but is sane enough to have an ASBO applied to him…

“Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector”. What a load of old crap. Titles like this, just show how the police have been infiltrated by trendy left thinking. The influence goes much deeper than silly titles. It includes silly left wing ideas as well. God protect us from these clowns.

Yeeesss. And what is “Insane” about that?

    Makes perfect sense to me.

If he WAS mad, he would not be behind bars any way. He would be unfit to plead, and therefore in a loony bin. If he is not mad, he is sane enough to accept an ASBO. An ASBO is in PLACE of prison.

    So what is your problem?
