How Long Before The Edifice Topples..?

Another cornerstone of British justice is about to be removed:

Victims raped by strangers will have their identities protected from their attackers under a move to change the law on sexual assaults.

So that’s the right to face your accuser in open court court gone. What next?

The move comes at the same time as concern for victim’s rights mounts following the retrial of the footballer Ched Evans, who was acquitted of rape.

Because perish the thought that the victim there might have been Evans

Only makes sense to SJWs as if I raped someone and was then prosecuted I suspect I would most likley know who that was. if I was falsely accused of course then I wouldn’t have a clue.

Justice in the UK is pretty much terminally ill and dying.

Justice in the UK has been dead for a long time.

The legal system exists purely to enforce the law:- law made by our esteemed politicians. Justice doesn’t get a look in.
