This is not justice. In this instance, it doesn’t matter a damn if someone says it’s about contempt or breaking an order [it’s not] or whether people don’t like TR, this about justice being withheld – we’d highlight this for ANY citizen.

This is not justice.

    For once on the subject of TR I agree with you. This is unacceptable…although I doubt unusual. The CPS is not fit for purpose -as many recent cases have highlighted.

      The details of Richard Holden’s experience (currently up at Conservative Home) will Sadly not shock the people that it should shock.

    You beat me to it, James. I’ve just posted this on biased bbc website:

    According to Ezra Levant at Rebel Media, the bastards in our government have postponed Tommy Robinson’s appeal against his prison sentence and an application for bail. It was set for 10, July 2018 and a judge has even been appointed – Mr Leveson, whose name seems familiar.

    The low life’s on the government side are saying they are not familiar with the case and need more time to prepare. One has to ask, time to prepare for what; it’s a very simple case; unless they haven’t quite finalised their stitch up story to make sure Tommy serves the full term, if he lives that long.

    The swamp dwellers who are currently in charge of our country are beneath contempt.

      Judge Leveson has already declared Tommy Robinson guilty,even before the trial , when he spoke on the BBC 4 radio show , 4 law in action in June 2018. He has already formed his opinion , which is surely contempt of court. The government prosecutors have stated they have not had enough time ,’ liars’ Tommy’s new legal team have had just 2 weeks to present their case , and were ready for the 10th of July. The whole establishment in the UK stinks to high heaven.

    @JH

    Thanks for heads up.

    Who is behind this reprehensible postponement?

    May -> Javid -> Gauke -> Saunders and compliant Leveson who should have said NO

    TR – cruel & unusual punishment?

    Strange, how many MINUTES (SECONDS?!?!) did Robinson’s original, court appointed, barrister, have to present a case for Robinson’s defence?!

    And the Powers that Be have had how many WEEKS to back up the trial Judge’s and CPS’s case for the prosecution?!?!

    The most appropriate word for the UK states behaviour is vindictive. As was the additional ten months tariff nailed on by Marson. It was a minor infraction and the response was draconian. By behaving as they have, the powers that be are showing their true and very unpleasant colours.

    Justice? No. Just them.
