Lest we forget Common Purpose

Let’s never forget who these people are and what they’re up to.  I’m not sure whether the head honchos like the below are the worst or whether the Common Purpose officer in each council is more immediately detrimental to the community.   It’s been alleged that CP are responsible for the “hardening up” of councils in things like prosecuting for wheelie-bin crimes and prosecuting little old ladies for tending grass verges and public garden plots.  That is difficult to sheet home because councils have always been OTT.

Certainly these people have form but are notoriously hard to pin down.  Raw data helps us form our opinions:
