This is the type, this is what they do

SNN1916A-280_758682aIt’s not pleasant, I know – I apologize for nicking Cynthia Bower’s photo from the Sun.

This is the type which needs exposing.

Cynthia Bower was in charge of the Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust where up to 1,200 patients died prematurely. Immediately after leaving MID Staffordshire NHS Trust [in 2009], the Brown government appointed her as Chief Executive of the ‘Care Quality Commission’ (CQC).

And of course resigned when found guilty of gagging her own staff from speaking of her mishandling:

More here:

Which brings us to the LINk organizations of which Tony Monk who resigned, said:

I actively participated in Kent LINk for over two years as I wanted to help maintain the standards within the NHS and care service sector and prevent any deterioration. I have now resigned from it as I found it to be a total waste of my time and of public money as it achieved virtually notthing and remained unknown to the public I can give examples if required.

Bottomless pit – zero result.

Deborah-Jenkins-220x140 Deborah Jenkins MBE is a Co-founding member of Common Purpose and was/is Common Purpose Director for Europe. Deborah Jenkins MBE is on the Board of Directors at SouthTees NHS Trust:

There is more info on Deborah Jenkins MBE here & here

South Tees, of course, racked up the huge debt and in the words of one Matron who left:

South Tees is top heavy with managers and I should know because I’ve recently left the orgamisation. It’s very rare the ground level staff don’t suffer and when a manager is made redundant they get huge payout! It’s about time someone from outside of the Trust looked at the number of managers working at South Tees.

Mary Coyle MBE is Chair of North Tyneside Primary Care Trust. She was also at One North East. Also:

And she’s deep inside the church hierarchy as well, which might explain some things in your mind:

mary-coyle-mbe-509995295Look at her career path:

A North East community stalwart, Ms Coyle moved to the North East from Northern Ireland in 1974 having worked as a teacher.

She began by teaching at a school for children with learning difficulties in Jarrow, South Tyneside, before taking on a career in public service with Newcastle City Council.

She worked for Nacro for 16 years, developing and managing activities to divert young people from crime, followed by 10 years as regional director for Common Purpose, a leadership development organisation.

That’s where they’re getting them from. The CP honchos watch the limited and ambitious who want to make a mark, these people end up on a CP course and are plucked from obscurity, immensely flattered. It matters not what they do, they have to make their mark following the narrative.

MBEs and such like follow. When they make a complete hash of it [see top of post], they are exonerated. These people infest the workplace with its enforced equality and diversity and are the reason things are, in conjunction with those who appointed them, in the state they are.

CP were deep in the Regional Development Agencies, of which Mary Coyle was connected with One North East but scrapping of these agencies has meant a squeeze on EU funding of such vital job creation and business initiatives as the Sage concert hall and Baltic art gallery in Gateshead.

This is what is left of England.

Nice expose of some post-democratic-society parasites.

It is time that the PC brigade is shown the door. People should be appointed on ability alone, not to fill quotas, or because they are a good party member. Idiots like Brown do not seam to realise that descisions that they make have real consequences. People died because of these idiots, and they go sailing on as though nothing happened.

Better yet, starve the beast. I don’t believe 90% of these organizations are useful. I’m probably being generous about the remaining 10% but I’m prepared to admit there is a role for e.g. an organization which resettles offenders when they leave prison.

Keep it up James. Naming the culprits is a great step in the right direction. I also think we need to call them for what they are; namely, communists. I wrote to Mr Gove sometime ago urging him to ensure that the true nature of communism, marxism, socialism and all its variations should be taught in schools. Until our children are brought up to realise what a dreadful ideology it is, then too many people will be attracted to the superficial justness it presents to the unwary.

Here’s one showing it’s been going on for some time:

Session of the Public Accounts Committee with NHS Supreme Chair Sir David Nicholson and DH permanent secretary Una O’Brien

Sir David Nicholson: Well, I’ll be accountable for the totality of the commissioning spend.

    Q21 Chair: And you, Una?

Una O’Brien: I have responsibility for the overall stewardship of resources voted by Parliament to the Department of Health.

Q22 Chair: Where does the buck stop?

Una O’Brien: It absolutely stops in the Department.

Q23 Chair: With you or with Sir David?

Una O’Brien: Well, as I explained, there is a scheme of delegated accounting officer responsibility. David will be the accounting officer for the commissioning spend and will be responsible for staying within that limit.

Chair: It’s a bit muddled. I just don’t quite get it.

Q24 Stephen Barclay: The language you used there was very interesting, because you said the buck stops with the Department, and that was the point that Sir Nicholas was making last week in terms of managing public money; the requirement to satisfy yourself. But at our hearing with Sir David last week, when the Chair challenged on variations in hospital performance in terms of foundation trusts-I’ve got the transcript here-“So in the new world, when they’re all foundation trusts, where will the buck stop?” Sir David: “The buck stops in the foundation trust.” So, I’m just a little confused. If you’re saying the buck stops in the Department, and last week we were being told the buck stops in the foundation trust, could you just clarify for us how that works?

James – I am also disgusted, but this top-heavy organizational style is everywhere. We used to have a Dean, Associate Dean, and Assistant Dean for our college. We now have a Dean and 9 Associates/Assistants, all of whom keep telling us to find ways to be more efficient.

    ‘limited and ambitious’

A perfectly-chosen phrase; sums up the type completely.

Common Purpose is another name for Cultural Marxism, this secretive charity is the poison that has infiltrated every corner of public life, Cameron is a graduate, it would be difficult not to describe a pro-EU MP, Cabinet Minister, all ACPO Chief Constables as Common Purpose, all Town Hall Directors could be Common Purpose, why? because you dont get the job if your not in it. Common Pupose can quite properly be called a social disease like incest.
