Well, Mick Jagger Did Try To Warn You…

Wealthy gay dad, Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, says he and his civil partner Tony will go to court to force churches to host gay weddings.

He told the Essex Chronicle that he will take legal action because “I am still not getting what I want”.

Slippery slope..?

Nah. That couldn’t have been predicted, right?

As so often in this debate, whether government ministers, MPs or the “gay” lobby, they fail to distinguish between marriage and wedding ceremonies!

When Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, says he “I am still not getting what I want”, perhaps he does not know that he is spoilt for choice, for in the beautifully crafted words of the Marriage Bill:

“The terms “husband” and “wife” here refer to a person who is married for the purposes of paragraph 1(2)(c) of Schedule 3. This means that “husband” here will include a man or a woman in a same sex marriage, as well as a man married to a woman. In a similar way, “wife” will include a woman married to another woman or a man married to a man. The result is that this section is to be construed as including both male and female same sex marriage.”
When words completely lose their meaning, then that means loss of the values they represent too.

Not only are we ruled by lunatics, their spreading insanity is bringing forth every form of warped morals and logic, not just in this gay marriage matter. The world these socialist have created is very sick indeed.

And I personally think it’s too late to halt it.

There’s a degree of irony here. Here’s a gay bloke wanting to get ‘married’ (which gays cannot) in a church, which doesn’t recognise the union of two men.

So what he really wants is to pervert the institution of marriage, not add legitimacy to his own sham.

Everyone knew this was going to happen. It was inevitable. The disgusting thing is that if a couple of gays decide they want to marry in a mosque, by a Rabbi, reading a Hindu ceremony with Muslim witnesses (and women in the same room) who – because it’s a wedding – are then made to eat sausage rolls the judge will throw it out as an affront to beliefs but because this is the good old tea and scones Christian church they get what they want.

Time to tell them to bugger off and remove this revolting travesty of fascist dictatorship from the law forever.

    Agree with all of this.

Can you imagine, some years back, this total lack of logic being perpetrated in the future, not by the loony left but by a Tory PM? It beggars belief.

The govt can say what it likes in whatever words it wants but they can’t make stone into gold and they can’t make anything gay into a marriage. Simple as that.

Cameron isn’t a Tory. I’m not sure what he is, but Tory ain’t the word.

Someone must think there is an awful lot of votes in this gay marriage thing. As politicians these days only do things to gather votes, the calculation must be it’s worth the effort.

I am sure there are a lot of gay people out there, ready to vote for the party that gives them what they want. But some say there are many more people who aren’t gay, so how will they vote next time round?

I think they only vote in ‘X Factor’ and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ now…

It’s not really about local votes. It originated at the United Nations, was picked up enthusiastically by the EU (surprise !), and is now being ‘independently’ implemented by all member states, regardless of the views/traditions of their own populations. Dave was just told to do it by his bosses in Brussels.

      Not unlike smoking bans….
First they came for the smokers, but non-smokers kept quiet because it didn’t affect them, now they come for the silent non-gay majority…. the slippery slope was there for all to see, but it’s too late now, they know how to get and keep us on it.
