A Brexit songfest

To the Millennial SJWs who are so upset at us fogies:

On a second referendum:

On all the paranoia and hysteria about Brexit, Nige and the crew say:

The EU says the only thing you’re going to experience is:

Britain says nope, we can see our way clear:

The EU, in a fit of pique, says:

Where do you think you’ll be in five years, begging us for a bailout? Britain says nope, here’s where we’ll be:

We’ll be trading with the world. You hatemongers, Little Britain, isolated, the Remainers tell us. No, we’re very much with Europe, just not with the EU. Britain’s about love, not hate. It’s just that we’ll do it our way:

That’s what Britain is going to bring to the world. Freedom and love.

And, as Karen Carpenter once sang in her unique voice, “We’ve only just begun”.

Carpenter, King, Simon…all the greats. Make today’s feted female vocalists sound like Sharon from Tesco checkout trying her best as pub karaoke.

Radio 5’s Up all Night’s ‘Virtual jukebox’ have just voted your Fleetwood Mac song on to the list!

The best song though, was Carole King’s ‘It’s too late’!

One of the loveliest songs ever, and easily fits the bill.

Carole King had a marvellous voice. No modern singer can hold a candle to her..

    Add this song for the line;

“We’ve lost St George from the Union Jack, but it’s my flag too and I want it back.”

Oh, yes! A great song. I loved ‘Country Life’ by them too.

Thank you kindly for those. Feel a Carole King evening coming on.

    Show of hands eh, Bill?
