Another Golfclap For British ‘Justice’….

A burglar who targeted six elderly and disabled victims during a four-week crime spree- including a 95-year-old woman- has been spared jail.

Among the items stolen were cash, iPads, reading glasses, bank cards, handbags and even disabled parking badges.

Irreplaceable photographs on cameras and stored in wallets were also taken, causing added distress to victims.

The court heard Scott has 31 convictions for 48 offences, including three non-dwelling burglaries in January 2015.

So why the bloody leniency?!??

Judge Ian Graham told Scott the seriousness of the offences put them into the highest category.

He said: “What makes your position particularly serious is there were six burglaries not just one.

“It seems you have targeted people who were vulnerable or were in ill health.”

However, the judge added:“Your offending rises out of a serious addiction to drugs. That may stem back to extreme trauma that you suffered when you were very young.”

And what ‘trauma’ did you suffer, Judge Graham, that made you a mouth-breathing moron unfit for the bench?

I reckon that no-one should be appointed to the Bench without showing absolute proof that they, or their immediate family, has been the victim of at least burglary; so that they could perhaps understand the sheer trauma which happens when personal space or property is violated or stolen.

The twisted clown who was in the dock should have been given a five years sentence, and to be released on parole only when his drug suppliers had been identified and convicted themselves.

      That’s a cracking idea, actually.

If the sentence was lenient because of overcrowded prisons then by deporting all the muslims who are currently being incarcerated, there would be plenty of space to house this lowlife. Deporting the Rotherham muslim child abusers, who are fighting deportation, would free up at least six prison places.

That Judge could have one of the freed-up cells.
