By their words and deeds shall ye know them!

Regarding the news of the death of the terrorist Martin McGuinness.

From Tony Blair, former prime minister, using the killers’ own terminology….”he firmly believed in The Armed Struggle.

The words of Lord Norman Tebbit, whose wife remains paralysed from the bombing of the Grand Hotel…..”The world is a cleaner and sweeter place this morning!”

Some apologists state that the Belfast Peace Accord should be the memorial to their dead hero.

My own memorial is, as Lord Tebbit’s, a tad more pointed. McGuinness and his murderous band, terrorists all, tried to kill Margaret Thatcher and her Cabinet, and they failed.

My own view of the disgraceful period where members of British Governments actually sat down and negotiated with killers is both simple and simplistic: They, both the IRA and SinnFein, along with their relatives, supporters and all whom sympathised with their deadly so-called cause, should have been hunted down and shot like the vermin they were.

To say I am somewhat disappointed is putting it mildly. I was hoping he would go on a Sunday and his death was very bloody. I would think there will be quite a few squaddies, serving and ex, who will be having a celebratory drink tonight. I’ll be one of them!

On R2 this am Peter Hain referred to IRA “combatants”. He needs a new dictionary.

      Hain is always wrong.

Unless you lived through it, it is hard to convey the naked savagery.

Mcguinness, Adams; these men were steeped in blood and revelled in mind boggling cruelty, in their cups they still blame Cromwell William of Orange and the British government, potato famine and all but for sheer barbarity, talked as equals.

This, a particularly depraved, heinous episode which will haunt many for the rest of their days:

BELFAST, Northern Ireland — Two British soldiers in civilian clothes were seized, stripped naked, beaten and shot to death on Saturday after their unmarked car was trapped in an IRA funeral procession in Roman Catholic West Belfast.

The Irish Republican Army claimed responsibility for the killings in a statement released to Belfast news media.

the devil in all of his works.

we bear witness, l’homme propose et Dieu dispose.

The worst part of all this is the cow towing we did to stop them killing people.

Peace was necessary but the terrorism, the murders were reprehensible.

The death of McGuinness will be nothing compared to the death of Blair, the master of the road map to Hell in the middle east, if he dies before me I will shed bitter tears of joy.
