“…that’s when good neighbours become good friends.”

The dog, believed to be a Staffordshire-Cross breed, attacked the 57-year-old man in the garden at an address in Highfields Drive.

A neighbour, who police said is a licenced shotgun holder, shot the animal “to stop” the vicious attack at around 8pm.

Well, well, well….

Another story that, despite being a dangerous dog attack, got little to no traction in the MSM.

I thought them dogs was all supposed to be got rid of. Possibly the R.S.P.C.A didn’t get the e-mail, or message, or were too busy trying to nobble someone hunting?
