Her utter incompetence – I don’t buy it

Her sneaky schoolgirl tactics don’t work in politics:

Dramatic scenes as Commons is SUSPENDED after furious MPs rage at ministers for not showing them plans that set out how EU workers will still be allowed in after Brexit and EU judges will still be given a say

Having said that, I do think there’s something else going on here altogether:

Her aides seem of such low quality that one must ask who chose them or suggested them in the first place.  If she did, not on anyone’s recommendation but by her own cognisance, then her judgment is hopeless.

Now I know I constantly say never put a pushy, “modern” career woman in charge of anything major and nothing I’ve seen has served to change that view in any way but this is something out of the box in her case, it’s utter callous disregard, through incompetence, on display for all to see around the world.

In short, she’s being stitched up .  Not, I dare say, by her known enemies – JRM, Boris etc. – because they openly wish to bring her down now.  No, this is by her supposed allies.

Now why?  Well, if it’s the civil service doing this, recommending the wrong people etc., then they clearly want her out.  Why?  Because she’s a woman?  Or is it because she’s stubborn, like women can be and stubborn over the wrong things?

Or is it that she’s such a nasty piece of work that people are subtly sabotaging her as they did Caroline Flint – an utter b**ch gets hers?  Or is it just blind ambition on someone’s part – they want the top job?

Commons suspended?  Ludicrous – and look at the given reason.  Schoolgirl error.  Someone’s either not advising her properly or else she is refusing advice and going it alone.

All right, now let’s look at two key Remoaners – Soubry and her, then look at two key Leavers – Mordaunt and Jenkyns.  The first two are utter b**ches and the other two are nice people.  Why is that always the way?  Boris is a lying incompetent and he’s done damage but he’s hardly a vicious mongrel like Soubry, ditto with JRM.  Curious how Remoaners are horse’s backsides.

Why “maximum prejudice” is required

The Americans have that expression but another way to put it is to to apply mass force and drive the cow out of office and all who moo with her.

You may call that lacking compassion, you may call it un-Christian, I call it taking immediate action to ensure the interests of the people of the land, as expressed twice now by plebiscite.

She was not elected to that position, she was crowned, parachuted in.

She cares for us not a toss.

She gets short shift from me.

It’ll be a good day when Mrs May is gone but there also needs to be a clear out in the Civil Service. I think the top levels of these servants are corrupt, have been corrupted by over 40 years of playing games with us, alongside their fellow servant gamesters in the EU. Just changing the politicians doesn’t solve the fundamental problem regarding our swamp.

I would hope that there are a few patriotic people in our political morass who have the sense to ask President Trump for his advice on how to start the swamp draining process because I suspect he’d be only too pleased to provide it.

How will they be cleared out?

A good question. I don’t know but it seems to me that President Trump is slowly draining his bad apples from the ranks of the unelected public servants in the USA.

The first step is to find a leader and for him to form a team of capable, intelligent experienced patriots from, for example the legal pool, the military, the secret services, those areas of the state who know metaphorically where the bodies are buried and who have access to documents etc that will provide the evidence.

Then this team needs to develop a plan. To expose, to initially neutralise the bad people and to then bring them to justice.

Isn’t that what President Trump is doing? Isn’t it showing results? Isn’t it good for the USA? If my observations are correct, the same strategy will work over here.

Our first problem is finding a suitable leader, someone who also has close contacts with other powerful people within the state apparatus and who want to cleanse it of the corruption and treachery.

“the state apparatus and who want to cleanse it of the corruption and treachery.”

The state IS corruption and treachery.
          Keep voting.

‘Boris is a lying incompetent and he’s done damage but he’s hardly a vicious mongrel like Soubry, ditto with JRM.’

This sentence of yours means that JRM is a lying incompetent and he’s done damage but he’s hardly a vicious mongrel like Soubry.

Is that what you wanted it to mean?

Caught me out again, James. No, it’s not what I meant. My loyalties are obvious – pro-Brexit.

Plus, Boris is not incompetent. He’s exceedingly competent and like Trump knows what voters want and will aim to deliver.

I don’t agree with you about Boris.
He chickened out of the leadership race in 2016. Gove did NOT stab him in any way, Gove just stood for the leadership himself and revealed Boris to be a wimp.
Boris also failed to lead after the Chequers meeting last week. David Davis was the leader and first to resign.
Boris also failed to ‘lie down in front of the bulldozers’ when the Heathrow expansion vote came up, choosing to go to meet the deputy foreign minister of some small country somewhere.

Boris says amusing things sometimes – that is not enough to make up for being a self-serving, self-interested, unreliable buffoon who wimps out of tough decisions and steps back when leadership is needed.

          From 2012 no less.

1 His full name is Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson.
2 He likes posh women. His wife, Marina, is a barrister. Before Marina he was married for six years to Allegra Mostyn-Owen. He also had a four-year affair with writer Petronella Wyatt.
3 Boris’s four kids have exceedingly posh names – Lara Lettice, Milo Arthur, Cassia Peaches and Theodore Apollo.
4 Despite sounding like he has a sack of plums in his mouth, he was born in New York City and holds dual British and American citizenship.
5 Last year he earned £339,625 on top of his £143,911 mayoral salary through books, TV work and a newspaper column for which he gets £250,000 a year alone.
6 When asked about that staggering quarter of a million quid for two columns a week, he dismissed the sum as “chickenfeed”.
7 Boris says he “despises and loathes” racism but has been criticised for using the terms “piccaninnies” and “watermelon smiles” when talking about people abroad.
8 He can’t blame anyone else for his trademark mop of unruly white-blonde hair – he cuts it himself.
9 Boris donates at least £75,000 a year of his earnings to charities.
10 At Oxford University he studied Literae Humaniores. No one else on earth knows what that actually means.

May is a bureaucrat, not a decision maker or leader. She follows rules and orders, wants more rules and orders.

The last thing May wants is to be responsible for anything; hence her 30+ army of SPADs (vs Blair/Cameron <10). Her army rules her instruct her
