Heath lied … but we knew that

We’ve known this for a very long time:

We were lied to! Secret document FCO 30/1048 kept truth about EU from British for 30 years

A SECRET document, which remained locked away for 30 years, advised the British Government to COVER-UP the realities of EU membership so that by the time the public realised what was happening it would be too late.

In a BBC interview in 1990 Heath was asked if he had known all along that Britain was signing up to a federal European state, he replied, ‘Of course, yes’.

For nearly two years, IRD had been funding invitation-only meetings between senior media figures and pro-European politicians. diplomats and businessmen. These were regular, expensive, and well-attended breakfasts at the Connaught Hotel.”

“When we entered the EEC our annual growth rate was a record 7.4 per cent. The present Chancellor would die for such figures”

Guess what I was told when I started blogging on this years ago? More than one person said, “I don’t do conspiracy theories,” and thought they were very, clever, sensible people, on top of all the political realities, had ’em at their fingertips, they did.

They were actually knobheads of the worst kind.

Can you understand my opinion of such people?

    When a stack of paper 3 feet high was carried by two men to be signed it was obvious the thing was a political construct.

    Here it is: https://youtu.be/6ouLu4Vncqs?t=57

    @James

    My mother was conned by Heath and is still angry at how he, labour & msm deliberately lied to and deceived UK voters.

    Any Leave lies pale into insignificance compared to Remain lies, deception & imminent apocalypse promises in 1970s and 2010s.

    There used to be a small poster somewhere near here, which said ‘Yes to Europe, no to communism’.

    Scarers even back in the early seventies.

    We were conned by Heath.

    Mind you, because we all hated De Gaulle, who kept saying ‘Non”, it wasn’t difficult to believe Heath at the time.
