Reporting restrictions imposed…….but ONLY on Muslim Child Rape and Sex Abuse Trials

I am well into my eighth decade upon this earth. I have witnessed vast changes in the way in which we live, gather and transmit information, work, relax, enjoy, and indeed in the most basic ways imaginable, literally exist. I have watched, over the years, many changes in how we actually are ruled, how the Law is interpreted, how those laws have been twisted, biased and turned so that the suspects, those accused of heinous and terrible crimes; are given more protection than those they abused. Your ‘right to know’ has been abused, because the authorities wish to quieten the uproar which would have ensued if, in certain high-profile criminal cases featuring Muslim Sex Abuse of White girls, each day’s trial had been reported as the evidence was given, in open court, as has been the practice for, literally, decades. No transcripts of these cases have been released!

Reports from :-

Newcastle-on-Tyne

Rotherham,

Telford

Oxford

Huddersfield;

along with many, many more have THREE things in common.

They are:-

99% of all the perpetrators were Muslim Pakistanis or Muslim Bangladeshis

All the victims were white

All court cases, some with defendants so numerous that they had to be split into sectors, were slapped with severe and total reporting restrictions: punishable, if breached, with imprisonment for ‘Contempt of Court’

All cases, all reports, all accusations of grooming, of rape, of sexual activities with a minor. were routinely ignored, shelved, or pushed to the back of a deep drawer. Why? Because the implications were that, if taken seriously; as they should have been, the police and prosecuting authorities would be seen to be ‘racist’, or some other bullshit story! Because the accused were all Muslim, because they were all of Pakistani or Bangladeshi origin, it was felt that they could not be guilty of these heinous accusations, and thus the authorities would be seen as ‘RACIST’. So the white British girls and young women, without exception of working class origins, low intelligence, broken homes and usually of contact with Council Care, were routinely assumed to be ‘consenting’ to the behaviour which was wreaked upon their bodies and minds.

The Judiciary have colluded in this disgraceful multitude of crimes, because, by virtue of the routine statements that ‘reporting restrictions’ are placed almost without exception. No word of the trauma, the violence and the degradation which has been heaped upon these young ill-educated and misunderstood girls and women. If, routinely, the day’s evidence had been reported, as was normally the case in just about all trials excepting those with national security implications, there would have been a mass rising of angry British people, angered by what had been done to their own, and then we would see the true reactions of a British people, who for probably the first time, had been exposed to the truth of what our ‘lords and masters’ have allowed to swarm into our country, infesting their ghettoes, besmirching the very air with the garbage from the minarets. I remember the first trial days of the ‘Moors Murderers’ and in particular the day when the tape recording, made during the torture and subsequent death of Lesley Ann Downey, was played. The word had got out to the crowd awaiting the van which transported the two killers back to their prison cells of the savagery inflicted upon that innocent child’s body; and in the words of one seasoned reporter, “If they had managed to stop the van, both smirking killers would not have lasted two minutes!”

Am I inciting mob rule? The reader should make their own minds up. Are these crimes to be routinely ‘hushed up’; or should the great British public be allowed to make their own minds up as the standing and acceptability of a fair proportion of some 2,750,000 Muslims who have been allowed to legally infect this once clean, green and pleasant land?

It cuts both ways. Victoria in Oz sees the Prosecutors of Cardinal Pell seek (and are granted) a Super-Injuction so that nothing of his trial is reported and no member of the public is allowed to view. This is to prevent anyone hearing the ridiculous and malicious accusations and ‘evidence’ which lacked any corroboration, and was replete with contradictions. Knowledge of the ‘hung jury’ was barely allowed to be reported, not even the jury numbers involved. So a man for whom even his most virulent detractors offer no compelling evidence of guilt remains in a legal limbo while the legal fraternity dig and dig to find some scrapings at the bottom of an old tar barrel to paint him with.

It’s so completely wrong. How these animals get away with it is a deeply destructive crowbarring this society will not recover from, like Germany under nazism.

I am frequently disappointed that, when anyone makes the point that white non-muslims rape girls too the point is not made that their motivation is not BECAUSE they have an overarching belief that they have a divinely sanctioned right to do it.

      Exactly!

Quite, white non-muslims rape underage girls DESPITE rape being forbidden to do so by any religion they are likely to hold and any secular moral standards or laws common in the society from which they came.
Of course there are going to be evil-doers in any society but not every society sanctions evil-doing and makes life easier for the evil-doer.

I seem to remember that, in the early days of Muslim rape trials there was a trial of a small “white grooming gang” which the media initially made much of: “See it’s not just Muslims!”. Except they weren’t a gang at all, they were individuals whose cases were unrelated to each other, apart from geographically. The grouping of the cases together was obviously a cynical move which not only tried to cloud the Muslim rape gang issue but (not that anyone in authority or media would care) pretty much ruined the chances of the accused getting a fair trial after the publicity.
The fact that a “white rape gang” had to be fabricated tends to suggest how exceptionally rare they are.

I wonder if Peter Hain could be prevailed upon to use his Parliamentary Privilege to reveal the trial transcripts?
Or will he conspire with Judiciary to keep secret the abominable behaviour of these poor downtrodden muslim abusers, victims of our racist society? After all they didn’t realise that there might be something wrong is following their culture.

Good article and well said. State excusing and hiding this barbaric abhorrent behaviour is evil and encourages the child rape gangs to continue as only a few may be charged. Even if they are, they are allowed to flee to Pakistan or serve a lenient sentence – Anjem Choudary

Only a few: Revealed – the true scale of the Paedophile rape culture

Are you satisfied that justice has been done with the Pakistani-Punjabi ethnic Muslim paedophile rape gangs of Huddersfield, Rotherham, and cities across the UK? I’m not, and here’s why you shouldn’t be either.

That’s because only the pimp gangs organising these mass rapes have been convicted. The many tens of thousands of their customers (almost all from the same ethnic/religious background) have simply not been pursued

Rape Gang Victim’s Mother: Police Ignored Pleas to Find Charlene Because She Was Working Class

The mother of Charlene Downes, the 14-year-old Blackpool girl who police suspect was groomed for sex and it is claimed was ground up for kebab meat by her killers, believes her original pleas to find her daughter were ignored because she was working class.

Islam is not a religion of peace. Mohammed was not a good man, By Shazia

…today we have evolved enough to know that marrying and having sex with children is a sick and disgusting practice that belongs in the Dark Ages, yet we find it still happens in many Muslim countries. Why? Because Muhammad was of great moral character and Muslims try and follow in his footsteps. This isn’t something they deny, it is the apologists that try and make excuses and speak for them.

the apologists that try and make excuses and speak for them” – spot on Shazia

As I commented on the “They are not “grooming gangs”” post, the justification of the reporting restrictions is to not skew future trials. There really are so many in the pipeline that if they were reported openly, the judiciary fear that the population at large would get a view that all Muslim men are (a) involved in grooming gangs and (b) guilty as hell.
Therefore no Muslim man accused of gang rape in the future would receive a “fair” trial.

To give some perspective on the scale of the problem, operation Stovewood the investigation into Grooming in Rotherham, I believe has some 30 ongoing cases. That’s 30 cases in just one town.

Now, extrapolate that across the country, even if every town has a fraction of that caseload that’s still huge amount of cases. If those cases were reported openly, it would create a mindset in the public at large that this is (rightly) a severe problem. It would also affect juror’s impartiality.

The debate should be whether the public have a right to know the scale of the problem or whether justice should be protected for these gangs.

My personal belief is that there should be no reporting restrictions so the scale of the problem is unmasked and Muslims are dissuaded from joining these gangs as more and more cases are prosecuted and the defendants jailed.

I also believe that defendants in these cases should not get bail, because the risk of flight and further offences is real. Defendants have already buggered off to Pakistan to evade jail time and while on bail keep working in the same environment that the crimes were committed.

Relevant to Stovewood and reporting restrictions: did anyone hear about this case at all?

    http://www.nationalcrimeagency.gov.uk/news/1497-op-stovewood-seven-men-guilty-of-24-child-sexual-abuse-offences

The BBC seemed to bury it on their regional news pages and Sky reported on it at 21:10 on their website, not prime time.

This is actually hindering their rights to a fair trial, as now the impression is that the authorities don’t want it publicised. Just as not giving a description of a mugger means everyone now assumes it’s because they are black.

The treatment of Asia Bibi the Pakistani Christian mother, spends 8 years in prison for alleged insults to a Muhammad then ordered to be set free by brave Judges who now fear for their lives, Pakistani mobs demanding her death and theirs. Here we have judicial cowards who really are the enemy of the people, conspirators with the Police to silence anything to do with, Yuk, I cannot bring myself to say the name of that religion
