The Tyranny of the Cult

This is a tale worth looking at but even in the second paragraph, there is an error:

Last year, a former student of mine won a job interview at the satellite campus of a state university system. One of the first questions she had to answer was this: “Tell us how you will contribute to diversity on our campus.”

My ex-student was Shiite, female, heterosexual, and 50 years old. As far as she could tell, the questioner, too, was white, middle-aged, female, and heterosexual.

The word ‘too’, in bold, is the error.  Shiites are not what are taken as whites by the ‘diverse left’, they are a protected species, like all minorities, plus women. However, let’s not get bogged down in that.

In her job search, she also found several diversity statements were required of her. At the same time, during job season, the education press filled the air with complaints written by persons of color about white supremacy in its various forms in higher education, while tales of the plight of LGBT students and faculty circulated, giving job candidates who were non-white and LGBT still more special status in the scramble for attention from hiring committees.

My ex-student is a liberal all the way. She despises Donald Trump. She teaches freshman composition but specializes in environmental topics and writing. She fully supports LGBT rights.

But that doesn’t matter. Ideological conformity doesn’t help here. After all, everybody on the job market these days believes pretty much the same thing when it comes to the social and political basics.

I’ll just add this:

This is different, though. The cries of white supremacy and (let’s add) or rampant male sexism in the pages of the Chronicle of Higher Education and elsewhere aren’t vulnerable to rebuttal. An interviewer on a hiring committee who is herself white but who quizzes each candidate on his promotion of diversity can’t hear any criticism of her approach.

That is leftism writ large – the forcing of anyone new to conform to a Cult ideology – that Cult being the small percentage – the shadow govt – which runs things in the world.

We see that Cult in everything from the green fascism to this diversity rubbish – it’s a twisting, a sickness, where something self-apparent to any normal person, e.g. one does not oppress new legal migrants, they have earned their way in and are now perfectly happy to assimilate, that is the whole reason they are here – is then twisted and the twisting is fully enforced in all its wrongness, that if you do not accede to the Cult’s definitions and sign a form to that effect, you have no job, no food to eat.

It was touched on in Revelation.

Marxism is not the Cult itself, the Cult uses Marxism as its vehicle in this era, it uses the Muslims too, although the Muslims, thinking their deity is good, consider that they are using the Cult.

When done with those, the Cult will produce another Karl Marx and the next ideology will then kick off for a few hundred years.

Marxism per se though does not explain Pizzagate [see DR’s work linked to in the sidebar] – it is the Cult who is into that, not Marxists per se.

Svali named this Cult, went into it, others have used other names, including Enlightened – comes to the same thing.

They are always coming up with new isms – one of the more recent is ‘identity politics’, meaning:

… a tendency for people of a particular religion, race, social background, etc., to form exclusive political alliances, moving away from traditional broad-based party politics …

That is an open invitation to the Cult to identify anyone with, say, a sense of nation, of populism, as indulging in ‘identity politics’ which is, of course, proscribed in their Book of Statutes.  Only the global Cult may be worshipped.

As if that were not confused enough, there is this European young persons’ Identitarian movement which, naturally, the Cult, or Them, identifies as bad, fascist, hate speaking etc. and all the little devotees of the legion, all the little Ocasios and Harrises nod, ‘Yes, it’s bad, fascist, hate speaking etc.  Imhotep, Imhotep, Imhotep.’

And of course so many of us know it is nothing of the kind – to feel an allegiance to one’s nation or even region or family is natural, healthy, diverse in itself.

And if there are enough similar elements across many regions, they can become a nation, e.g. England, until that is subsumed into a larger identity but that then stops at the channel, a natural barrier.

There is nothing whatever wrong with that – what is wrong is war against the one on the other side of the channel for no good reason except that the Cult is playing out its dog-eat-dog internecine rivalries up above and will co-opt the plebs to fight it for them.

If you see elements of communism in that statement of mine just now, it is actually the opposite – communism took certain truisms and twisted them.

Sinister, eh? Let’s come back to this:

My ex-student is a liberal all the way. She despises Donald Trump.

Yes, now I wish I’d saved the tweet which showed the two young women who were knifed to death in Morocco, one having her head cut off, crying for her mother. That very girl had published a picture of a manic-eyed, bushy-bearded Muslim in the foreground, with a ‘white woman’ behind, looking askance at the Muslim – and with good reason too.

The caption was ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’. Listen, darling, you bloody well do judge a book by its cover if you value your life – grow up and get real.

If you are in a ring with an angry bull, you not go up to it and love it, because it is not inclined to love back at that time. It is stamping the ground.

You can, if you wish, spend the next two years preventing that bull being in that ring, prevent the sticking of its side with lances and the general cruelty of the savage Spanish – you can do that if that is your crusade, and the bull may eventually become your friend.

But not at that time in that ring. And it is this insanity which the cult is trying to push, to impose on all – enforced denial of reality. A Muslim in this country is in Dar al Harb, the House of War, and the aim is very, very clear. Why should I, in my own ancestral home, accommodate myself with a culture which is trying to overthrow and replace that? Why? For what good reason?

So yes, perhaps it’s time there is vastly more ‘identity’ politics, if what is meant by that is love of God, nation and family.

I went onto a site last night and I heard a screeching hideous voice then the video came on it was Ocasio-Cortez talking green crap to a group of men, it was her bulging eyes, then a thought hit me, “Idolmantis-Diabolica” a species of the Praying- mantis,, she is an Orwellian breed of predator a psycho-monster who inject poisonous doctrines into the brain and feed off the power it gives them. I think power gives her and ilk the ultimate thrill

Thank you. In one! It’s her likeness to something that was bugging me too. Just as Tessie and her dress sense reminded me of something I struggled to recall. Eventually it came to me…

She does make for quite hilarious photo opportunities for Tweets, I note.. 🙂

      Excellent analogy.
