You Let The Fox Into The Henhouse…

…why suddenly express surprise when you come down in the morning to find him with a mouthful of feathers?

Michael Gove was forced into a U-turn last night as it emerged Natural England is to be stripped of its power over licences to shoot wild birds.

Which idiot let the fox in?

Mr Gove’s decision follows his recent appointment of Tony Juniper, a former head of Friends of The Earth and leading green campaigner, as head of Natural England.

/facepalm

…in an apparent bid to draw a line under the furore, Mr Gove has met MPs to assure them Natural England will no longer be in charge and he will ‘fix’ the issue as soon as possible.

You know how you can avoid fixing problems, Michael? It’s pretty simple.

Don’t make them.

If Mr Gove is behaving like this now; and he’s one among many; how is he going to behave when all those 5G antennae are addling his brain?

Maybe by then all of our brains will be so addled that the whole country will be turned into Gumbies ( a là Monty Python ) and we’ll neither know nor care what’s happening.

You might have raised a extremely interesting issue, the 5G Neuron blasters are not science fiction, the Chinese may already have the capacity to tweek wavelengths and electrical event stimulation and sensory stimulation in the human brain. Pythonesque ? Orwellian? I have learned that there are NO BOUNDARIES in human behaviour, none.

        Certainly no lower boundaries.

Mr Foxrage vs the chickens, perhaps the headless variety:

The toppling of Theresa: Day 32

“In a phrase he nailed it, and stole the headlines. ‘Theresa May will be entering a coalition with Jeremy Corbyn “against the people” if she agrees a customs deal with the Labour leader’. So Nigel Farage has warned. His brilliance as a politician is saying it as it is.

In response Rory ‘I’d like to be leader’ Stewart professes not be worried.

His view is that: ‘If the Conservative Party were to make the mistake of trying to outdo Nigel Farage, which I’m sure we won’t but it is something that a few of my colleagues are talking about, then we would lose those four million voters. We’d lose young people, we’d lose Scotland, we’d lose London and we’d lose a lot of the most energetic parts of this country.’…”

Which raises the question: “Are you stupid, Rory?” London, Scotland and young don’t often vote Conservative

      Hmm,

      Tony: Benn, Blair, Juniper, Robinson…

Does being named Tony make one become a Socialist?

It does seem to be an indicator, doesn’t it?
