They won’t stop till they get him

Two judges today gave permission for a new case to be brought against him at the Old Bailey in London, following an application by the Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC.

But a contempt finding made against Robinson was quashed by the Court of Appeal in August and he was freed from prison after serving two months of his sentence.

The case was then referred back to the Attorney General, who announced in March it was in the public interest to bring fresh proceedings against Robinson, 36, from Luton.

Lady Justice Sharp said permission would be given for fresh proceedings to go ahead on all grounds.

She said reasons for the decision would be thought out and given at a later date.

This in the States would be called double jeopardy but in this country, May can do anything she likes at all with no legal recourse.

Absolutely nothing to do with the EU elections next week, where he stands as a candidate in the North West.

Rather completely goes against the rule of law, innocent until proven guilty and all that.

When the state decides it will ignore the law in favour of it’s own prejudice something is bitterly, hatefully wrong with our establishment.

One can now see the impact Tommy is having on the establishment, the Old Bailey no less. I agree it is in the public interest to allow the world to see the shite called the establishment persecute the truth speakers. The truth haters versus Tommy and Julian, different peas in the same pod.

I’m not sure who to vote for now – NG has the best chance to break up LabCon, AMW is not there, TR is standing, UKIP too.

I’m torn with Tommy Robinson. I want to vote for him but he isn’t going to win. We are so stupid as a people that TPTB can split us up easily and win by default. Unfortunately for them we are at the stage where some, but not all, are waking up and we have put a spanner in the works for them. They still have a large percentage of idiots that will keep them in the game and if they can split us up Brexit Party, UKIP, Tommy Robinson, etc. they can win.

Tommy to be retried for causing anxiety for convicted child rapists.

Welcome to May’s UKSSR – object and you will be tried again & again and jailed.

Double Jeopardy – Blair annulled centuries old UK law which prevented it.

If in NW England region vote Tommy on 23 May

If not, vote Brexit or DUP

The Blair regime abolished double jeopardy. The way legal process is being abused we need it back. Very badly. This isn’t law, it’s persecution.
