The Police encouragement of the Cambridge lawn hooligans is just a smokescreen to hide what the “College of Orwellian Policing” really does, it would not surprise me if the police are behind Extinction Rebellion as a tool to show how tolerant they are.
To me they are warped and corrupt I am certain they keep a file on every citizen in the country, who the Police work for is a mystery yet to be discovered.
Need close watching.
They are too incompetent for that! If they had files, they’d lose them….
The Police are becoming a burden on society, why can’t the wimpy cops at the Cambridge lawns incident be charged with being an accessories to criminal offences the same should go to the gutless defenders of the young at Rotherham. Hey Tommy Robinson next time you want to protest go to Cambridge and dig up a lawn
The current APP was a result of the scummy left pillorying the Police for the 2009 and 2011 Police reaction to wide spread rioting.
Anyone who votes left effectively supports weak policing deliberately or not. The modern Tory party is also left wing.
You want this to change,
Start by killing off the institution of BBC.
Stop buying the Grauniad.
Stop voting Lib Dem, Labour or Green.
Till then half the population are making weak policing certain.
Lawn digging up is just a genteel variation of the burnt out police car in a riot situation. This was until recently a common motif to signal breakdown of law and order to the media watching public. I’m sure readers of this blog can put the rest of the pieces together.
Certain people can protest in certain ways about certain issues and the police will jump when TPTB say so as long as it makes them look tolerant and in touch.
Long may it continue while they don’t realise it just makes them look retarded and incompetent.
I favour the use of a strong dye, mixed with liquid pig fat (for those ‘protesters’ of a particular ‘peaceful’ religious persuasion), perhaps with some ‘hot’ agent too. Peaceful lawn adjusters could be deterred with an application. I might be induced to do it for the Police if they are otherwise engaged on chasing non-crime non-criminals who dare to Think.
So, if Extinction rebellion wanted to (say) blow up every transformer in a city and therefore stop the consumption of electricity and reduce CO2 output, the damage to those transformers wouldn’t be a criminal issue because it was a legitimate part of a protest?
The Police wouldn’t intervene in the commission of said destruction? For instance the transport of explosives, the placing of the explosives and the detonation of the explosives?
I’m sure the IRA are looking at the Police’s judgement with interest….
