Half Justice Is No Justice

Lanning was jailed for four years at Lewes Crown Court after admitting stabbing a client seven times in the chest in Brighton on 15 July 2016 when he was selling him drugs.

He was released from HMP Rochester prison in March 2018 after serving half of his four year sentence meaning he was on licence at the time he murdered Mr Daniel.

Lanning said he had taken the Aviator 1 knife home because he wanted it as ‘memorabilia’ of his time at the Warner Bros studio.

The State has no interest in keeping you safe, citizen. And the sooner you realise that, the better…

Judge Mark Dennis ordered reports

You’d think more wouldn’t be required, wouldn’t you?

Brazant had been released from HMP Thameside on Christmas Eve after serving time for three offences of battery and one of common assault – all against lone women.

Despite his history of violence against vulnerable females he was free to prowl the streets after his supervisors failed to meet him at the prison gates.

Judge Mark Lucraft QC set a sentencing date for September 16

I expect he’s waiting for reports too.

Some people should just be put down for the benefit of society.

Including those who fail in their duties. Parole Boards, Magistrates, etc have obligations that they consistently fail to meet.

Indeed, there is no penalty for incompetence or misdeeds in public office anymore so what we get is incompetents and crooks.
